Refund & Return Policy

A deposit will be refunded only in the following circumstances:

• The pre-purchase inspection report identifies major mechanical faults that render the vehicle not roadworthy.
• The inspection reveals that the vehicle has previously been involved in a major accident affecting its structural integrity or safety.

The deposit will not be refunded in any of the following cases:

• A1 Luxury Cars Trading LLC agrees to repair the identified defect prior to the sale and final settlement.
• The reported issue relates to wear and tear, consumables, or routine service items — these are not considered mechanical defects.
• The reported issue is a visual defect (such as scratches or dents) or relates to refurbishment, repaint, or cosmetic work.
• The buyer chooses not to proceed with the purchase for any reason outside of the refund conditions stated above.

Any request to change the chosen vehicle after a deposit has been placed is subject to the sole approval and discretion of A1 Luxury Cars Trading LLC, and may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

A1 Luxury Cars Trading LLC operates a strict no-refund and no-return policy for any vehicle or third-party service sold.

All payments made, regardless of amount, are treated as deposits toward the purchase of a vehicle and are subject to forfeiture under the conditions set out in this policy.

The buyer is required to register the vehicle within 48 hours of bank approval. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

If any information provided on the finance declaration form is found to be incorrect or incomplete, or if the buyer does not meet the agreed terms, A1 Luxury Cars Trading LLC reserves the right to terminate the agreement and to deem the deposit forfeited.

An administrative fee of AED 200 will be deducted from any refunded deposit, regardless of the reason for the refund.
